- The Council on Organizational Affairs shall be concerned with internal functions of MNA through activities which relate to the growth and maintenance of the association.
The standing committees of the Council shall be:
Committee on Bylaws, Policies, and Resolutions
Committee on Convention Planning
Committee on Awards and Recognitions
