 LATE FEE/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES: No registrations will be accepted by the MNA office after Monday, Oct. 14. However, on-site registrations are welcomed.  Refund requests must be in writing, and shall be granted accordingly as follows: a) a $35 processing fee will be applied to all refunds issued; b) no refunds will be granted after Oct. 14, but a prepaid registrant may send a substitute. Substitution details must be provided to MNA by October 14. If rebilling of a credit card charge is necessary, or a check is returned for insufficient funds, a $40 processing fee will be charged.  MNA reserves the right to modify all courses and/or to substitute instructors at any time without liability.
