Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted for this event, however, a prepaid registrant may send a substitute. Substitution details must be provided to MNA 24 hours prior to the event by email at mna@msnurses.org. If rebilling of a credit card charge is necessary, or a check is returned for insufficient funds, a $40 processing fee will be charged.
