The Council on Health Affairs shall be concerned with external functions of MNA through activities which relate to:
- State and national health affairs, legislation, and policies; and
- Relevant, scientific and educational development and changes in health needs and practices, and delivery systems.
The standing committee of the council shall be the Committee on Health Affairs.
