MNA Association Site


The MNA Councils are responsible for evaluating social, economic, scientific, and educational changes to determine their implications for the council; planning a program of activities which shall implement the specific functions to submit to the MNA Board for approval; executing and evaluating approved programs of council activities; establishing policies and procedures for the conduct of its business in accordance with these bylaws; preparing a budget, based on its plans to submit to the MNA Board for approval; utilizing persons with expertise in specified areas of concern; establishing working relationships with MNA structural units and other organizations as necessary and appropriate; and advising and assisting constituent associations and membership as necessary and appropriate to its purposes.
